A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr. George Korah has been in practice for over 22 years. He did his graduation in Commerce from St. Xaviers College, Calcutta and his Chartered Accountancy with M/s. S.R. Batliboi & Co., Calcutta, an affiliate of Ernst Young International. He is a qualified Information System Auditor and was a rank holder in the I.S. Examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr.George Korah is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors
He has conducted several management programmes in the areas of Finance & Taxation for leading organisations like Tata Tea, KRL, HDFC, Malayala Manorama, Hindustan Newsprint and Tata Coffee. STANLEY KUNJIPPALU FCA DISA(ICA)

A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr. Stanley having qualified in 1981 was in employment with M/s Spencer and Company Limited at their Head Office for about 4 years. He has since then for 23 years been in practice in Ernakulam. He graduated in commerce from Loyola College, Madras and was articled for his Chartered Accountancy with M/s. V Jagadisan & Co, Madras. He is a qualified Information System Auditor having qualified in the I.S. Examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Mr. Stanley Kunjippalu is involved with NGO’s in various capacities and has also conducted training programs in areas of Management, Finance, Taxation and Legal Compliance for such institutions and organizations. He has also been part of the faculty for management programmes in the areas of Finance & Taxation for commercial institutions.
He has acted as faculty for training programs of the Lions Clubs International District 324E4 has been involved in the organisation and conduct of several training workshops for the Club level leaderships of the Lions.

Mr Stanley Kunjippalu was a member of the Managing Committee of the Ernakulam branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is on the advisory board of the Heart Care Foundation a private non profit organisation. PRAKASH VASUVEDAN, FCA DISA (ICA)

He is an honours graduate in Commerce from Delhi University. He did his Chartered Accountancy with R.K. Khanna & Co New Delhi. R. K. Khanna is a former President of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Prakash Vasudevan did his articleship directly under him and had the opportunity to audit a variety of organizations both in public and private sector.
Mr. Prakash Vasudevan has 29 years post qualification experience including the initial 3 years stint in the Middle East. His long experience in practice is rich and varied and covers the entire spectrum of practice. He is also an avid enthusiast of computers since the early eighties. His interest in computers had helped him in computerising the accounts of his clients. He is also among the first batch who qualified as an Information System Auditor from Kerala in 2002.

A product of St. Joseph's college, Tiruchi and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr Eric S Morris has 29 years post qualification experience, 14 of which have been in the Industry. He has held senior management positions in the reputed industries such as F.A.C.T ( the largest fertilizer & petrochemical corporate in Asia ) and SIDECO (a Government undertaking ). He has also had a stint in the Phillipines and in the Middle East. He is also a qualified Information System Auditor.
Mr. Eric S. Morris has been actively involved in the Systems design and implementation of application packages for varied industries such as Shipping Agents, Freight Forwarders, Building Contractors, Educational Institutions, Hospitals and Diagnostic Laboratories. In this connection, he has presented a technical paper on Hospital Information Systems at the seminar held by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

AJIT PAUL, FCA DISA (ICA)

A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr. Ajit having qualified in 1993 was in practice since then for the last 14 years. He graduated in commerce from St. Peters College, Kolenchery and was articled for his Chartered Accountancy with M/s. Menon & Menon, Ernakulam. Meanwhile he took his graduation in law from Government Law College, Ernakulam. He is a qualified Information System Auditor having qualified in the I.S. Examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Ajit Paul is a faculty for management programmes in the areas of Finance & Taxation for commercial institutions. He has many years of exposure in Sales Tax & Service Tax practice. Ajit also looks after Bank audits ,both statutory & internal.
